Research

My research contains theoretical, methodological and empirical work. In my empirical work I predominantly use qualitative methods. My empirical research contributes to the sharpening and developing of my theoretical work. With this focussing I perform research on four closely connected topics:

Gender Relations and Social Change in the Welfare State
Institutionalised Inequalities in the Educational System
Gender Sensitive Organizational Development in the Public-Profit-Sector
